Licensing Terms & Conditions

• Content is subject to T3Media’s standard licensing policies and media partner approvals.
• T3Media will invoice Customer upon purchase of the package by Customer and Customer shall pay the invoice within thirty (30) days of the date of the T3Media’s invoice.
• Customer’s license to the Content is limited to Content that is selected and downloaded from t3licensing.com and shall be licensed pursuant to Customer’s agreement to T3Media’s online content license agreement or a pre-negotiated license agreement between T3Media and Customer (if applicable).
• Additional fees may apply for offline delivery of Content, including but not limited to media and shipping fees which fees will be invoiced separately to Licensee. Clearance services are not included in package.
• Clip is defined as up to 20 seconds of continuous footage.
• Certain other T3Media Premium libraries may be excluded.
